Getting started
- What is TrendVido?
- TrendVido turns a photo into a short AI video by running a tested trend template. Pick a template, add the photo or photos it asks for, and we handle the prompt, the model and the timing.
- Do I need an account to generate?
- Yes. You can browse templates, examples and prices without an account, but generating a video, keeping it in My videos and downloading it requires signing in.
- Do I have to write a prompt?
- No. Templates run a prompt our team wrote and tested. Pick a template, add the photo it asks for and generate; there is no prompt editor to learn.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. There is no free tier or trial credits. Every video costs 10 credits from a pack you buy, and the price is shown before you generate.
Templates and photos
- How many photos does a template need?
- The current Gangnam Style AI template needs three photos, one per person. The photo count and credit price are shown on the template page.
- What photo works best?
- A sharp, well-lit portrait where the face is large and looking toward the camera. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, group shots and motion blur.
- Can I upload a photo of someone else?
- Only with clear consent from that adult, or if the photo is of you. Never celebrities, strangers, or private adults who have not agreed.
- Can I upload a photo that is already AI-made?
- Yes, if you made it or have the rights to use it, and it does not show a real person in a way they did not agree to. The same consent and safety rules apply to AI images.
Credits and prices
- What is a credit?
- Credits are the only currency in TrendVido. Every template, model, length and resolution has a fixed price in credits, and that price is worked out before you start.
- How much does a video cost?
- Every template video costs 10 credits. The exact price is shown on the template page before you generate, and failed runs refund the credits automatically.
- What happens if a run fails?
- Your credits are returned automatically when the model refuses the request or the job fails. You are not charged for a video you did not receive.
- Do credits expire?
- Credits bought in a one-time pack never expire. Every tool spends from the same balance.
Credits, refunds and payment
- Do I have to subscribe?
- No. TrendVido has no subscriptions — only one-time credit packs. Buy credits when you need them and keep them until you use them.
- Can I get a refund?
- An unused credit pack can be refunded in money within 7 days if none of its credits were spent. A failed render returns its credits automatically. Spent credits and completed videos are not refundable except where the law requires it.

- What if I was charged twice?
- Contact support with the date and the last four digits of the card. We check the Stripe records and correct double charges or missing credits within a few business days.
Account and sign-in
- How do I sign in?
- Use the email and password you signed up with. If you forgot the password, use the reset link on the sign-in page and check your spam folder for the email.
- Can I delete my account?
- Yes. Ask through the support form or by email. We delete your account, videos and photos, keeping only the records that tax and fraud rules require us to keep.
- Why was my account limited?
- Accounts are limited when photos of other people are uploaded without consent, when someone tries to make sexual content or content involving minors, or when promo credits are abused.
Safety and rules
- What can I not make?
- Anything sexual; anything involving minors in a sexual or exploitative way; non-consensual intimate images or deepfakes of real people; violence, harassment, hate or illegal content. The full list is on the Rules page.
- Does TrendVido check my photos?
- Your photos are stored and sent only to run the template you picked. Automated filters and the model provider may check a request and block it. A blocked or failed request is refunded.
- What should I do if I see abuse?
- Use the report form on the Rules page or contact support with a link. We review reports, remove content and can close accounts.
Downloads and posting
- What file do I get?
- A 9:16 MP4 ready for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, with the sound the template includes. Templates that use a square frame return a square video.
- Is there a watermark?
- No. Every download from TrendVido is clean, with no TrendVido watermark.
- How long are my videos stored?
- Videos stay in My videos while your account is active. Download the ones you want to keep; files from long-inactive accounts may be cleaned up.
