Rules

These rules keep TrendVido usable for real people. They apply to every photo you upload, every prompt you write and every video you post.

Updated October 24, 2026

The rules in short

  • Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who agreed to appear.
  • Get clear permission from every adult who appears before you upload their photo.
  • Never create sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content, and never involve minors.
  • Do not use anyone's face to make them say or do something they did not agree to.
  • If a request breaks these rules, the model refuses it and your credits are refunded.

The rules, one by one

  1. 1

    Consent

Only upload a photo of yourself or an adult who agreed to it. For anyone else, ask first and keep proof. A caption saying “it’s fine” is not consent.

  2. 2

    Safety

Do not use the output to put someone in a sexual situation, to threaten or humiliate them, or to make it look like they did or said something they did not. You are responsible for what you publish.

  3. 3

    Minors

Do not upload photos of minors. This service is for adults only.

  4. 4

    Real people

Public figures still have a right not to be sexualised, defamed or used in scams. Do not make politicians, celebrities or private people appear to endorse, say or do something.

  5. 5

    Harm

No instructions or depictions of violence, weapons, self-harm, eating disorders, illegal drugs or criminal acts that could lead to real harm.

  6. 6

    Rights

Do not upload photos you do not own or have permission to use, and do not use the output to infringe anyone's copyright or trademark.

  7. 7

    Posting

When you post a video, say it is AI-made where the platform requires it. Do not pass someone's face off as real footage of them.

  8. 8

    Platform

Do not use TrendVido to make spam, scam ads, fake reviews, fake news, or content that breaks the rules of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or wherever you post.

  9. 9

    Age

You must be 18 or older to buy credits and create an account. A parent or guardian may run an account for a minor, and the adult is responsible for it.

What we check and what happens

Every request passes filters before it reaches a model. A refusal can come from our filters, from the model provider or from our review team. Refused and failed runs are refunded automatically.

  • Filters screen the photo and the prompt before a job starts.
  • The model provider can refuse a generation. When that happens the app shows “We cannot make this.” and the job stops.
  • Refunded credits appear in your balance right away, usually before you refresh.
  • If a refusal looks like a mistake, contact support with the job link and a person checks it.
Trying to get around a refusal with a different phrasing or photo can close your account.

Questions about a rule?

Ask before you upload. We would rather answer a question than take a video down.
