Refund policy
What you get back, when, and how to ask. Failed runs are refunded automatically in credits; money refunds are handled case by case.

The short answer

| You spent some credits from a pack | No money refund. The remaining credits stay usable, and packs never expire. |
| You were charged twice | We correct double charges within a few business days. |
| The run completed but you dislike the result | Not refundable. Download the video and try another template or model. |
How to ask
- Open Contact support and choose Billing.
- Add the date, the amount, the last four digits of the card and the email on the account.
- We reply within two business days. After approval, Stripe returns the money within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method only. We cannot send a refund to a different card.
Credits and expiry
Credits are the only thing every tool spends. You can check your balance and every movement on the Credits page in your account.
- Pack credits never expire, so there is no deadline to spend them.
- Every tool spends from the same balance, and each video costs 10 credits.
- A failed render returns its credits to the same balance automatically.
Failed videos
Most failures are a timeout or a model refusal, and both are refunded automatically. If a job shows as failed but your credits did not come back, contact support with the job link and we fix it.
Payments and prices
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never touch TrendVido's servers.
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the other cards Stripe supports.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay where your browser and device support them.
- Prices are charged in US dollars. Your bank may add a currency conversion fee.
