Terms of Service — TrendVido AI

These terms are the agreement between you and TrendVido when you use this site, create an account, buy credits or generate a video. By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

This is a plain-English document. It is not legal advice, and nothing here removes rights that the consumer law where you live gives you.

Who can use TrendVido

You must be 18 or older to create an account and buy credits. You need to give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. A parent or guardian may run an account for a minor, and that adult is responsible for the account and its content.

Accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or our content rules, that we reasonably believe is being used to harm someone, or where payment is fraudulent. Where practical we tell you why. You can close your account at any time by asking support.

Credits, payments and plans

TrendVido runs on credits. Every tool — trend templates, AI video, AI photos, slideshows and the API when it launches — spends from the same balance.

• Credits are bought in one-time packs or included with a plan.
• The credit price of a run is shown before you confirm it and is charged once when the run starts.
• Pack credits do not expire. Plan credits end when the plan period ends, and plan credits are used before pack credits.
• Plans renew automatically with the payment method used at checkout until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps the plan active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow the refund policy published on this site. Failed or refused runs are refunded automatically in credits.
• Prices are in US dollars and can change. The checkout page shows the final amount before you pay.

Content you upload

You must have the right to use every photo you upload. By uploading, you confirm that:

• the photo is yours, or shows an adult who has clearly agreed, or shows your own child in harmless family content, or shows your own pet; and
• the photo does not break the content rules and does not infringe anyone's privacy, copyright or other rights.

You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit them only to provide the service you asked for, including sending them to the AI model provider that runs your job.

We do not use your photos or prompts to train public models and we do not sell them.

Prohibited content

You must not use TrendVido to create, upload or publish:

• sexual content of any kind, including any content involving minors;
• non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people;
• content that harasses, threatens, defames or exposes a private person;
• hate, or content that promotes violence or illegal acts;
• scams, spam, fake reviews, false endorsements or misleading political content;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.

The full list is in our content rules, which form part of these terms. We may block a request, remove content and close an account that breaks them. Model refusals and failed runs are refunded in credits.

AI outputs

AI generation is probabilistic. Outputs can be imperfect, can differ from your photo, and can be refused by the model. You are responsible for reviewing a result before you publish it.

Subject to these terms and to applicable law, you may use the videos and images you generate for personal and commercial purposes, including on social platforms and in ads. You must not present a generated video of a real person as genuine footage of them, and you must disclose synthetic media where the platform or the law requires it.

We do not guarantee that a generated output is unique or that it does not resemble other content; AI models can produce similar results for different users.

Our content and intellectual property

The site, templates, prompts, software, branding and everything we provide are owned by TrendVido or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, use our templates to build a competing product, or remove notices from our content.

Availability and changes

We work to keep TrendVido available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, pause or discontinue features, templates or models. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will offer a fair remedy, which may include credits or a refund.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect other people. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach, we will refund unused pack credits and the unused part of a prepaid plan where the law requires it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a generated face or pet will match your photo exactly, that a model will accept a request, or that a video will meet a platform's monetisation or content rules.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TrendVido is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost reach or lost data. Our total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or the amount required by your local consumer law if that is higher.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator of TrendVido is established, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, contact support and give us a chance to resolve the issue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Material changes are announced on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
