Short answer
Where credits come from
You buy a one-time credit pack: 10, 30, 100 or 2,000 credits. Every published template spends from the same balance. There are no subscriptions, renewals or plan periods.
The order credits are used in
Credits are spent oldest grant first, so a balance does not sit unused forever. Every run shows its price before you confirm.
Expiry
Pack credits never expire. You can see every grant, spend and refund with a timestamp on the Credits page.
Checking the balance
The Credits page lists every grant, spend and refund with a timestamp. If a number looks wrong, send support the date and the job link and we will trace it.
