Password resets, changing your email, and deleting your account.

Short answer
Sign in with the email and password you registered with. Forgot the password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page and check your spam folder.
Password reset
Open the sign-in page and choose the reset link, then check the inbox for the email address used on the account. The link expires, so request a new one if it has expired.
Changing the email
Email changes go through support so we can verify the account first. Write from the current address and tell us the new one.
Deleting the account
Send a deletion request through the support form or from the account email. We delete the account, videos and uploaded photos, keeping only records that tax and fraud rules require.
